INFTOUR Spain S.L. is a family business founded in 2005 in the city of Calpe, on the Costa Blanca (Spain). For more than twenty years we have worked in the region’s real estate market, combining the experience of two generations, deep knowledge of the local market, and personalised attention to every client.

Our philosophy is based on a simple principle: to work with every property as if it were our own. Therefore, our goal is not simply to close a deal or manage a rental, but to offer our clients trust, transparency, and peace of mind at every stage of the process.

Today INFTOUR Spain S.L. operates across the main areas of the Costa Blanca property market: holiday rentals, property management, property sales and purchases, construction and full refurbishments. This integrated approach allows us to support our clients through every phase—from searching for and buying a property to its modernisation, management, and rental.

We manage a curated selection of holiday apartments and homes in Calpe, many of them on the seafront. Unlike large online platforms, INFTOUR is not an advertisement aggregator. We act as direct managers of the properties, which allows us to personally supervise the condition of the homes and maintain high service standards.

We pay special attention to personalised support for our clients. Our work is guided by a concierge-style service philosophy, where the core value is our clients’ peace of mind and trust.

Our office is in the centre of Calpe, and the INFTOUR team works daily with owners and clients from various countries, providing professional advice and complete solutions in the Costa Blanca real estate sector.
