Arrival and stay

We strive to make your arrival as simple and comfortable as possible.

Follow these three steps to start enjoying your break in Calpe right away.

Your arrival in 3 steps

    1. Complete online registration (Online Check-in)

    Before you arrive, complete the guest registration form and upload the required documents.

    2. Receive instructions for accessing the apartment

    After you complete registration, we will send you instructions for collecting the keys and accessing the apartment.

    3. Enjoy your stay

    When you arrive, you can start your holiday right away and enjoy your time on the Costa Blanca.

Before arrival

Before you arrive, please let us know your approximate arrival time.

Guests may choose one of the following options to collect the keys:

  • collect the keys at our INFTOUR office during office hours
  • self check-in (Self Check-in) with key collection from the security box

All guests must complete online registration and provide the required documents in accordance with the tourist legislation in force in Spain.

If your arrival time changes or you need assistance, our team will be happy to help.

Check-in and check-out times

Standard check-in time: from 16:00

Check-out time: by 11:00

In some cases you may request:

  • Early Check-in — early arrival
  • Late Check-out — late departure

These services are subject to availability, are confirmed no earlier than 24 hours before arrival, and may incur an additional charge.

Ways to access the apartment

Access to the apartment can be arranged in several ways.

Key collection at the office

You can collect the keys at our office during opening hours.

Self check-in (Self Check-in)

Automatic access with key collection from the security box is also available.

To do so, you must request the access instructions in advance.

Detailed instructions for accessing the apartment will be provided at the office or sent before your arrival after you complete online registration.

Security deposit

All apartments require a security deposit.

This deposit is used solely to cover possible damage to the property or in the event of non-compliance with the accommodation rules.

After the apartment is inspected following your departure, the deposit will be refunded if the property is in good condition.

Guest registration

Under Spanish law, all guests must be registered.

This procedure is mandatory for all tourist accommodation in Spain.

During your stay

Our aim is for your stay to be peaceful and comfortable.

We ask that you respect the building’s basic rules of coexistence and that you take care of the apartment and the common areas.

If you have any questions or need help during your stay, you can contact our team at any time.

You can also use our AI assistant, available 24/7, which will help you during your stay.

Before departure

On the day of your departure, we ask that you leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition:

  • take out the rubbish
  • wash and put away the dishes
  • turn off the lights and appliances
  • close windows and doors

Stay rules, departure instructions, and other information about your stay will also be available in the apartment or can be requested from our team at any time.
