Our goal is to make your stay on the Costa Blanca, in the city of Calpe, as calm, comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Each apartment managed by INFTOUR Spain S.L. is carefully prepared before your arrival. We pay attention to every detail — from cleanliness and the preparation of bed linen to a convenient check-in process and additional services during your stay.

Below you will find information about services included in your stay, as well as additional services that can be requested during your holiday.

Apartment Preparation and Cleaning

All INFTOUR apartments undergo professional preparation before each stay.

Cleaning is carried out:

  • before the arrival of each guest
  • after the departure of guests

We pay special attention to cleanliness, the condition of the apartment and its readiness for your stay.

If needed, you may request additional cleaning during your stay.

This service is provided upon request and at an additional cost.

Bed Linen and Towels

For a comfortable stay, each apartment provides bed linen and towels for all guests.

  • All beds are prepared with a full set of fresh bed linen.
  • During the winter period, warm duvets with covers are also provided.

We use quality textiles to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Welcome Kit

To make your arrival more convenient, you will find a basic welcome kit in the apartment at check-in.

It includes essential items for the beginning of your stay.

Kitchen Kit

  • kitchen towel

  • dishwashing detergent

Bathroom Kit

  • roll of toilet paper
  • single-use soap
  • shampoo sachet for each guest

Additional Services

For greater guest comfort, some services may be provided upon request and subject to availability.

Allowed only with prior approval and only in apartments where pets are permitted.

Bed Linen Change

Used bed linen can be replaced with clean linen at the INFTOUR office.

Towel Change

Replacement of used towels with clean ones.

Late Check-out

Departure after the standard time (11:00), if the apartment is available.

Price: 10 € / hour

Early Check-in

Arrival before the standard time (16:00), subject to availability.

Price: 10 € / hour

Late Arrival

You may request instructions for self check-in.

Keys can be collected from the secure key box at the office.

Price: free

Self Check-in

Possibility of independent check-in upon request.

Price: free

Baby Cot

Foldable travel cot for a baby (subject to availability).

Price: 45 € for the entire stay

Basic House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and respectful coexistence with residents of the building, please observe the following rules:

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas of the building.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.
  • Only guests listed in the reservation may stay in the apartment.
  • Please respect the quiet hours established by the building regulations.
  • The apartment and common areas must be used carefully and respectfully.
  • Upon departure, the apartment should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
